of Meetings

In this type of meetings, participants are going to make almost the vast
majority of business decisions. During the decision-making meetings, all
those involved in the sitting should be really aware of what they are
going to discuss (information) to make sure the decision they have
reached on the meeting is worthwhile. Therefore, the facilitator of such
meeting should define the problem and give participants enough time
to process before the meeting starts.
1. Decision-making meetings

Innovation meetings also called creative meetings often start with
thinking outside the box, by brainstorming, associating, and sharing
ideas. The primary goal for this type of meetings is to come up with
new ideas to develop new approaches for the business.
2. Innovation Meetings

Motivational meetings (also known as team building sessions) are held
to boost the energy of the participants to meet a particular target.
These meetings also aim to strengthen the relationship between the
company managers and employees and promote corporate culture.
In such a meeting, the dialogue is critical, and people should really feel
that they have been heard before they are willing to accept and even
implement what the company is planning to do.

1. Identifying your audience and your topic
Try to have an idea about the audience to
whom you will be speaking and then
select the topic and identify the objective of
your presentation.

2. Making the first plan of the presentation

3. Preparing the content of the presentation
Collect the materials related to the topic of your
presentation.

1. SUBJECT LINE
The first thing a recipient reads
few tips you can use to make it a lot easier.

2. Do not mislead
You must make sure that your subject line reflects
the content of the email you are sending
It summarizes the nature of your email in as few
words as possible

2. GREETINGS
You can start your email with
an appropriate greeting (keep it formal)

3. BE PRECISE
If you are COMPLAINING, Just Say It.

After writing your email, it requires a
beautiful closing.
