I'm a freelance consultant specialised in Social Media, Community Management and Enterprise 2.0. I provide strategic consulting and training. In 2008, I founded b-spirit, a consultancy that provides strategic Enterprise 2.0 services. In 2012, I co-founded Net-Academy, a training academy in Social Media. I'm also the proud founder and president of the Swiss Community Managers Association. Communities are my passion. I teach and help people to create, animate and grow them.
