Alors on fait des sites, pour des clients, de toutes sortes :

Mais on oublie aussi parfois que lorsqu’il nous manque un outil en interne, le développer peut-être une solution. Plutôt que de partir sur du 100% custom, on peut se servir des différentes qualités de WordPress pour gagner du temps.
Retour d’expérience avec la création de plusieurs outils, et les moyens techniques utilisés pour cela.
Tous les radiologues (et même de très nombreux cliniciens) connaissent et utilisent Osirix : il s’agit d’une logiciel de visualisation DICOM gratuit très avancé, robuste, rapide et simple à utiliser. Il permet de réaliser quasiment tous les types de post-traitement, jusqu’aux MPR curvilignes et reconstructions 3D en rendu volumique, le tout avec une vitesse impressionnante, y compris sur un ordinateur de puissance moyenne. Une version 64bits payante permet d’améliorer la vitesse de chargement et de reconstruction. A noter que la licence 64bits est valable par établissement, donc si votre service en a fait l’acquisition, vous pouvez tout à fait y avoir droit,dans le cadre d’une utilisation professionnelle. Demandez donc à votre chef de service ou à votre cadre de santé de vous fournir la clé 64bits, ça en vaut largement la peine !
Seuls résistent encore à Osirix des post-traitements complexes tels que le suivi automatique de vaisseaux, la suppression de l’os ou les séquences IRMfonctionnelles (cardiaque, spectroscopie,…). Et encore, même pour ces tâches complexes, des plugs-in permettent de pallier en partie ces insuffisances… Bref, Osirix est parfait mais… il ne fonctionne que sous Mac (logiciel OSX uniquement) ! Pourtant, son créateur le Dr Antoine Rosset nous avait confié lors de la session « Success Story » des JFR 2012 qu’une version Windows n’était pas impossible techniquement, mais coûterait cher à développer et que son équipe n’avait tout simplement pas les moyens financiers et humains pour s’y atteler. leurmatériel etle logiciel derrière.Il estdoncnormal que cesdernièresrecherchentdespersonnes
trèsexpérimenté surce type de matériel.
Je n'aurai pas lachance comme d'autresindividusde magénérationde resterdansune seule
entreprise qui n'emploie que duSchneider.Je peuxalorspasserdansune entreprise qui n'emploie
que du Rockwell,une autre duSiemens.Alorsàchaque fois,je devrai passeruncertainnombre

Et première simulationd'unprogramme.Avecune table de surveillance qui ressemble étrangement
à celui de SoMachine.
Quels sont les bons points de ce logiciel en fin de compte?
Pourle moment,je le trouve unpeuplusrapide à utiliserparrapportà SoMachine.Il réagitun peu
mieux dansSoMachine,j'ai eudeux-troisralentissementpar-ci,par-là.N'ayantpasd'APISchneider
sousla main,je ne peux pasjugerpour voirsi un APId'une marque quelconque fonctionneraaussi
bienqu'avecle logicielfaitmaisondanslamême marque.
Si vous utilisezSoMachine,alorsCODESYSne poseraaucunproblème.Je ne suispasexpertdans
SoMachine etpourtantavec l'utilisationque j'enai eu,j'ai réussittrèsfacilementàtrouvertoutesles
options,lesinterfacesde SoMachine dansCODESYS.Est-ce unhasard desdéveloppeursounon?

Quelques petites différences à noter
La créationd'une variable n'estpaslamême dansSoMachine que dansCODESYS.Je ne pense pas
que j'ai utilisé ce type de syntaxe,pasque je m'ensouvienne entoutcas.
C'estsurtoutau niveaududesignqui estdifférent. Je le trouve aussi unpoil plusrapide maisje le
répète,je suissurlaversiond'évaluationde ce logiciel.Doncje ne peux pastotalementavoirunavis
positif ounégatif surce logiciel.Je n'ai pasencore regarderàla variante qui permetde créerdes
pagesécrans.
Il me faitun peupenseràPL7PRO au niveaude laconfigurationde lamachine.
Ce logiciel estinspirépardifférentessources,maiscomme je l'ai dit,je n'ai pasun automate
programmable àcôté de moi pour jugerdutravail que nouspouvonsfaire avecce logiciel.
En finde compte il ne vautpas pour le momentle détour,maisd'aprèsce que j'ai compris,
SoMachine ne fonctionne que aveccertainsAPIde Schneiderce qui estnormal.SiemensutiliseTia
Portale pourprogrammerlesautomatesSiemens.Peut-être que CODESYSpermetde programmer
pour lesdeux marques.Une expérience surle terraindevraitpermettre de voirlescapacitésdu
logiciel concernantlaprogrammationd'API,si toutestvraimentuniverselle ounon.Aujour
d’aujourd’hui je ne saispas.Il faudraque je regarde ladocumentationde plusprès.Afinde ne pas
