• More chances and real alternatives for the
development of the area.

• The territory as interface between people
(micro) and policy (macro).

13. As Conclusion
• It is a successful model, it remains even in the context of
a crisis, but there is still a long way to walk.
• Citizen participation remains weak.
• It is necessary:
- to strengthen the commitments among all partners.
- to continue promoting specific institutional agreements
between the administrations and entities that will consolidate
the progress.
- to search for formulas of supplementary funding to guarantee
survival.
