Yet in many instances, we use the majority as a
standard to follow.
WHAT DO WE DO?

•Be self-aware. Be aware of the people around
you. Be perceptive. Be alert.
Study Leadership. Lead!
And you will do better.
•Differentiate/Compartmentalize
•You are also going to have to go against your
gregarious instinct from time to time.
