Beforejoining Desjoyaux,Iwasa student.Ihavealwayshad an attraction forworking in an
internationalenvironment.That'swhy my background wasfocused on InternationalTradeand
foreign languages.During my studies,Ispenta totalof 9 rewarding monthsabroad.In January 2020,
I had the pleasureof joining the Desjoyaux Pools Group fora 6-month Master'sdegreeinternship in
InternationalTradeRelations,which marked thebeginning of my working career.

How were you recruited for the positionofMiddleEast / CIS Export Managerat Desjoyaux Pools?
During this 6-monthinternship focused on internationaldevelopmentand prospecting,Ifound a new
partnerin MauritiusforDesjoyaux Poolsin April, during thelockdown. Itis a promising marketwhere
the Group wanted to be present.I amquite proud of this success.It is partly thanksto this and to the
Board'sconfidence,butalso afteran internalreorganization following thedepartureof my internship
tutor,thatI succeeded him asMiddle East and CISExportManager.

très particulieravec la crise sanitaire ?
Il est vrai que cette année 2020 a été unpeuspéciale auvu de la crise sanitaire. J’ai continuéà
travailleràdistance,etnousn’avonspaspu effectuerde déplacements surnoszones respectives
pour rencontrernospartenaires. L’entreprise enaprofité pourparfaire maformationafinque je sois
le plusefficace possible.
Malgré le contexte sanitaire,aujourd’hui je m’épanouis pleinementchezPiscinesDesjoyaux !Je suis
fierde faire partie d’une PMEfamiliale, 100% française età ampleurinternationale.Lapiscine est un
produitludique qui contribue au plaisiretaubonheurdespersonnes.Celam’apporte une motivation
supplémentaireetqui permetde m’épanouirauseindugroupe.

It's true thatthis year2020 hasbeen quite special regarding thehealth crisis. I continued working
fromhome,and wewere unableto travel to our respectiveareasto meet our partners.Thecompany
tookthatopportunityto perfectmy training so thatI could beas efficient aspossible.
Despite the sanitary context,today I'mfully satisfied to be partof Desjoyaux Pools!Iamproud to be
partof a 100% French and family-run company operating worldwide.Theswimming poolis a playful
productthatcontributesto people'senjoymentand happiness.Itgivesme an extra motivation and
allowsme to blossomwithin the Group.

3. Whatare yourobjectives?
My main goalas Area ExportManageristo develop the brand and thenetworkin my area.I am the
key contactbetween my partnersabroad and theHead Office.This involvesmanaging theexisting
network,butalso actively prospecting to develop thebrand in new promising markets.
My objectiveis thereforeto contributeto exportdevelopmentthanksto new showroomsopenings,
the promotion of Desjoyaux's100%Madein France know-how and thegrowth of the Group,which is
the world leader in its field. It is thanksto theinnovation capacity and theimageconveyed by the
brand thatthe Desjoyaux family isgrowing every year throughouttheworld.
