Etablir une roadmap claire et précise vous permettra de communiquer efficacement la vision stratégique de votre startup afin de mobiliser, d’aligner et de coordonner les ressources nécessaires pour atteindre vos objectifs à court, moyen et long terme. Comment réaliser un plan financier en béton ?
Le plan financier est une mise en chiffres de toutes les hypothèses de votre projet. Il est donc primordial que vous compreniez correctement la modélisation financière qui sous-tend votre projet et d’en valider les hypothèses. Ce document est une des parties essentielles de votre plan d'affaires. Votre banquier ou un investisseur s'attarderont tout particulièrement sur cette section. Soyez certain qu'il soit en béton !
La checklist du jeune entrepreneurs par Solvay Entrepreneurs
Entreprendre est souvent une très belle aventure. Elle demande de relever de nombreux défis, de faire face à l’incertitude, de prendre des risques, d’innover, de s’associer ou s’entourer, de se lancer dans des activités qu’on ne maîtrise pas forcément... Le chemin est parfois long. Il exige un peu de patience et beaucoup de détermination, voire de l’obstination ! Tel est souvent le prix à payer pour développer une activité conforme à vos valeurs et générer une autre forme de valeur que vous pourrez vous approprier et/ou partager.
Il n’existe rien de tel qu’un « bon projet » ou un « bon entrepreneur ». Chacun poursuit des objectifs différents, à des rythmes différents. Toutefois, la réussite n’est possible que quand l’entrepreneur, son projet et les ressources qu’il peut mobiliser (mais pas forcément celles dont il dispose au début de l’aventure) forment un tout cohérent.
Cette check-list a été conçue pour vous accompagner dans l’élaboration de votre projet d’entreprise. Elle capitalise sur l’expérience et une série d’outils utilisés au quotidien par les équipes de Solvay Entrepreneurs.
Il ne s’agit pas d’une check-list à suivre strictement mais plutôt d’un aide-mémoire qui vous aidera à passer en revue, en toute objectivité, tous les aspects critiques de votre projet et produire, si nécessaire, un plan d’affaires pour présenter votre projet à des partenaires.

The Value Proposition Canvas
The Value Proposition Canvas is a new conceptual tool created by Alex Osterwalder to help companies design, test, and build their value propositions for customers in a more structured way. It focuses on mapping out the customer jobs, pains, and gains to better understand fit. The canvas outlines the products/services a company offers and how they relieve customer pains and create gains. Competing value propositions can also be mapped for comparison. The tool is meant to be used alongside other frameworks like the Business Model Canvas and Lean Startup process to test and pivot value propositions through customer development.
How to design your startup idea
The document provides guidance on how to design a startup idea using design thinking principles. It discusses defining the problem or design challenge, being empathic by observing customers and seeing things from their perspective, synthesizing information about customer benefits, gains, jobs and outcomes. The key is to focus on customer needs and what will provide value rather than starting with a predetermined solution.

Lean Prototyping - A Practical Guide
