L’intelligence marketing : Par Jean-Paul AIMETTI - Chaire de marketing au Cnam - Coach de dirigeants Qu’est-ce que l’intelligence marketing ? On regroupe sous ce vocable les techniques de connaissances clients et leurs évolutions dans le temps. Jusqu’à une date relativement récente, ces données étaient principalement recueillies sous forme de données déclaratives. Aujourd’hui, il existe toute une panoplie d’outils d’observation des processus de consommation et des consommateurs eux-mêmes : panels de pc, écoute du web à travers les réseaux sociaux, techniques ethnographiques, filmographie des consommateurs sur les lieux de vente, devant leur ordinateur, panels stores et home scanning, neuro-marketing pour capter l’activité cérébrale devant une offre, un produit…objets connectés RFID qui remplacent les codes barres. Et le Big Data ? Apparu aux Etats-Unis depuis quelques années, le Big data est arrivé en France il y a à peu près 2 ans. Il recouvre les informations collectées via les études, les réseaux sociaux, la géolocalisation, les RP, le CRM, les cartes de fidélité, les objets connectés, l’open data. Le big data facilite la recherche d’insight par écoute du web (e-réputation). Il permet des modélisations pour affiner la segmentation, de cibler une offre ou une promo, de suivre et optimiser le ROI de la communication digitale, d’améliorer la performance du CRM en débutant par exemple par un pilote pour en mesurer le ROI avant de généraliser. La notion de vitesse est très importante pour interagir. Le cloud fait miroiter des lendemains qui chantent mais il faut en voir les buts précis.

Atelier du Pôle Numérique de la CCI de Bordeaux en partenariat avec la sociét CODOC du Mercredi 12 Février. Cette atelier concernait à la fois les PME qui cherchent les meilleures pistes pour s’équiper que celles qui veulent booster leur outil actuel ! A l’heure des nouveaux outils de captation de clients (emailing, réseaux sociaux ...), Excel ou le module contacts d'un logiciel de messagerie ne peuvent plus suffire. L'atelier a permis de faire un rapide panorama de l’offre adaptées aux TPE/PME (open source, SAAS….) et d'aborder les enjeux de la connectivité d’un CRM pour développer et enrichir sa base de prospection et recruter de nouveaux clients.

Overview of Enterprise Application Integration Technologies. Enterprise Application Integration, or EAI in short, aims at integrating different applications into an IT application landscape. Traditionally, EAI was understood as using the same communication infrastructure by all applications without service-orientation in mind. This meant that the benefits of a shared infrastructure were limited while driving up costs through additional integration platforms. Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) brought a new paradigm by decomposing applications into reusable and shareable services. Service orientation requires careful design of services. A hierarchic scheme of services may help to define a suitable service decomposition. While SOA is technically based on big web service technologies, namely SOAP, WSDL and BPEL, WOA or Web Oriented Architecture stands for the lightweight service paradigm. WOA makes use of REST-based technologies like JSON and HTTP. In many cases, an Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) is used as an infrastructure element to achieve the technical integration of the services. The ESB core functions like message routing, filtering and transformation provide the mediation services required to integrate heterogeneous application landscapes.
