Il est convenu ce qui suit :
Article 1 : La valeur du point est fixée à 7,54 euros pour l’ensemble de la Région Bretagne à compter du 1er
janvier 2016, pour la
durée légale hebdomadaire du travail.
Article 2 : Ces valeurs de point s’appliqueront à chaque coefficient hiérarchique, pour déterminer le salaire brut mensuel
minimum pour la durée légale du travail.
Article 3 : Aucun salaire ne pourra être inférieur à l’application du SMIC.
Article 4 : Conformément à l’article 2261-22 du Code du travail et à la loi du 23/03/2006, aucune différence de rémunération ne
peut être justifiée par une différence entre homme et femme. En conséquence, les signataires s’engagent à mettre tout en œuvre
pour réduire toute différence de traitement entre homme et femme.
Article 5 : Le présent accord sera transmis à l’APGP par le Président de la Commission Paritaire Régionale, pour notification par le
Secrétariat du Paritarisme, ouvrant le délai d’opposition de 15 jours, et pour dépôt et demande d’extension après expiration de ce
délai.
