A Chevening Scholarship Recommendation Letter for Ms.Nchafac Julegette Njutie.
It gives me great pleasure to introduce Ms. Nchafac Julegette Njutie whom I have known for
the past ten years in my capacity as a university professor and as Director of Cameroon
Human Resources, a consulting firm.
I taught Ms. Nchafac Julegette Njutie in my management classes at the University Institute of
the Gulf of Guinea (IUG) in Douala from 2010-2012. Her personal strengths were as
impressive as her intellectual accomplishments. She was an engaging and inquisitive student
with a great sense of humor. She was the perfect student to get a student group project
rolling, but she also knew how to sit back and let her classmates take the lead. I must confess
that her cheerful nature and openness to constructive feedback meant she was always keen to
learn and grow as a student; an impressive strength that will continue to serve her well in her
academic pursuits, her career and beyond. Despite returning to formal education as a matured
student and petty trader, Ms. Nchafac Julegette Njutie has always been driven to learn, relearn
and unlearn, to improve her academic analysis, public speaking and writing skills, and to
benefit from opportunities through networking.
As a professional, Mrs. Nchafac Julegette Njutie worked with me on various projects as a
freelance marketer from June, 2017 to January 2018. Based on her work, I would rank her as
one of the best female freelance marketers we had at the time. Ms. Nchafac Julegette Njutie
distinguished herself by consistently submitting very good work in a timely manner. In the
past 10 years, I have had the pleasure to work with Ms. Nchafac Julegette Njutie in both an
academic and a professional capacity and would unequivocally recommend her for the
Chevening scholarship based on her creativity, unrivalled enthusiasm for personal
development and ability to lead change. Before now, I last met Julegette last month to discuss
