17. 1) Répondre aux demandes de contact reçues :
soyez (très) ouvert
• générer une opportunité professionnelle ;
• + visibilité à vos publications ;
• vous êtes davantage trouvé par les recruteurs/les clients.
Astuce : en cas de profil « flou » vous pouvez envoyer un message avant
d’accepter le contact dans votre réseau.
Temps à y consacrer : 5 minutes/semaine.
18. 2) Envoyer des demandes de contact :
soyez sélectif et stratégique
Ajoutez les personnes de votre domaine , les recruteurs et autres responsables
RH , et les Directeurs/(Co-)Founders.
Astuce : certaines personnes indiquent leur numéro de téléphone. Pratique pour
les contacter en direct, lorsque c’est pertinent. Pensez à l’indiquer si vous
souhaitez que l’on vous appelle également en direct.
Temps à y consacrer : 10 minutes/semaine.
19. 3) Liker, commenter et partager les
publications des autres « avec classe »
Des likes sont des petits cadeaux qui font plaisir
Un like, c’est une façon de dire : « J’ai appris des choses avec ce Post ».
Voir dans les notifications que l’on a reçu des likes est un chouette
moment.
Passer le cap et rédiger un commentaire qui a du caractère
Avec un commentaire, on manifeste publiquement son intérêt : « merci
pour le partage de cet article qui m’a permis de… »,.
Montrez que vous avez lu le Post.
QUALITE
20. Repartager un Post dans son fil d’actualité
Cette publication ne vous permettra, généralement pas, de recueillir de
nombreux likes et commentaires,. Mais ce n’est pas votre objectif. Ce partage
est une reconnaissance forte. Et ça, c’est remarqué par son auteur.
Temps à y consacrer : 30 minutes/semaine.
21. 4) S’affranchir des injonctions limitantes à la
mode
La régularité de publication est un faux totem
Sur une page d’Entreprise, une régularité est recommandée.
Sur votre profil personnel, le nombre de vos Posts et leurs dates de publication
sont des infos de second ordre.
22. La vidéo à tout prix est un faux ami
La question c’est : quel est le contenu que je propose. Qu’est-ce que j’ai à dire et
à partager. En fonction votre propos et de vos ressources, vous opterez pour l’un
ou l’autre de ces « blocs » à remplir. L’objectif : la qualité, rien que la qualité.
23. 5) Traquer les infos précieuses plutôt que de
subir le torrent d’actualités
Le syndrome Facebook est une spirale déprimante
La vie des autres a toujours l’air plus verte dans le champ d’à côté. Surtout en
période professionnelle « agitée », cela peut doublement miner.
Dénichez les pépites d’or bien cachées entre les lignes
Hashtags (comme sur Twitter). Par exemple #Formation. Vous cliquez dessus
et tombez sur les autres Posts contenant ce hashtag.
24. Identifiez les sources d’informations de qualité
Les expert(e)s dans leur domaine partagent des informations de qualité.
Vous pouvez enregistrer le Post (cliquez sur les trois petits points en haut à
droite) pour le lire plus tard.
Temps à y consacrer : 10 minutes/semaine.
25. 6) Et pour les 5 dernières minutes : explorer et
expérimenter
Jeter un œil à LinkedIn Learning
Il y a de nombreuses formations courtes qui peuvent vous inspirer et vous
nourrir.

Sur la page de résultats, cliquez sur « Emplois », puis affinez votre recherche par
région.
27. 1) Un profil trop vague !
Si vous voulez vraiment que les gens commencent à
s’intéresser à vous, dites-leur comment vous ou votre
entreprise pouvez les aider au lieu de simplement
leur dire ce que vous faites.
C’est la même chose que la commercialisation d’un
produit, vous mettez en évidence les avantages plus
que les caractéristiques du produit.

29. 2) Ne pas investir dans une photo
professionnelle actuelle
L’une des premières impressions numériques d’un profil LinkedIn est la photo de
l’utilisateur. L’utilisation d’une photo décontractée, ancienne ou provocatrice
manque une belle occasion de mettre en valeur un niveau de professionnalisme.
Conseil : Même un coup rapide avec votre mobile peut fonctionner.

31. 3) Parler de politique
Les publications et les articles sur LinkedIn devraient mettre en évidence
l’expertise, fournir des connaissances et du leadership au sein d’une industrie et
partager des ressources qui peuvent aider les réseaux.
Conseil : Si vous souhaitez partager des points de vue politiques, envisagez de
poster sur un autre canal de médias sociaux.
32. 4) Ce n’est pas Tinder ici !
Non seulement cette demande n’est pas professionnelle, mais elle peut
facilement paraître effrayante, surtout pour les femmes.
Conseil : Utilisez LinkedIn à ses fins principales, à savoir le réseautage
professionnel.
