Description du paramétrage 5.1.1.Définir les clés de commande Cette étape vous permet de définir les clés de pilotage pour le Management de la qualité dans l’approvisionnement. Les clés de pilotage sont définies dans la fiche article au niveau de la division. Elles contiennent un ensemble d'options de pilotage expliquées dans l'aide F1. Activités 1. Déterminez les groupes d'articles qui peuvent avoir les mêmes options de pilotage. 2. Définissez des clés de pilotage pour chaque groupe d'articles. Autres indications En fonction de la définition de la clé de pilotage, vous devez exécuter les activités supplémentaires suivantes :  définir les conditions techniques de livraison pour l'article et la division ;  définir les accords assurance-qualité pour l'article, le fournisseur et la division ;  valider l’article, le fournisseur et la division ;  définir des types de certificat et des activités de gestion des certificats. Exemple : Création d’une clé de commande Z099 pour gérer le blocage de l’article en contrôle facture lorsque la réception est en cours de contrôle qualité
