17. Le nudge au cœur de la gestion
de l'expérience
●
Le passage de techniques persuasives aux
technologies de la prescription
– Action sur la préférence des marques
– Action sur la rétention des clients
– Action sur les conduite des individus et des
population
●
L'hypothèse néo-républicaine
– La liberté comme interférence non arbitraire
– Le paternalisme libertarien ( et bienveillant)
– La vulnérabilité qui résulte des biais cognitifs
●
Une économie comportementale et appliquée
18. Some nudging technics
●
Default (pre-filled formulas) → autocompletion
●
Simplification → contextualisation
●
Use of social norms → building Norms
●
Increase in ease and convenience ...
●
Disclosure (component of a price)... → price modeling
●
Warning and graphics → notification
●
Precommitment strategies
●
Reminder
●
Elicit intention
●
Feed back → 100% #IOT
●
20. But some conditions
(Thaller, NYT 2015)
■ All nudging should be transparent and
never misleading.
■ It should be as easy as possible to opt
out of the nudge, preferably with as little
as one mouse click.
■ There should be good reason to believe
that the behavior being encouraged will
improve the welfare of those being
nudged.

23. Le marketing ou comment
gouverner les populations
●
La métaphore pastorale:
– conduire le troupeau en agissant sur certains individus
(la brebis égarée, le mouton noir et le bélier)
●
Une autre manière de considérer le
Community Management
– les objets secondaires, d'abord l'interaction par les
objets
– Le client (et ses conduites) c'est le produit
●
L'expérience un produit de la
gouvernementalité
