Jennifer works with teams and organizations to help them Solve Problems, Plan Strategically and make innovation and creativity a reality in their workplace. Prior to starting Clean Slate, Jennifer was Vice President of both Human Resources and Marketing for a national retailer and understands the importance of both employee and customer engagement. As a graduate of both Ivey’s Executive MBA program and Second City, Jennifer operates where the business and creative worlds collide. Jennifer has worked with diverse groups including Bell, the Quebec Technology Association and NASA. She is a guest lecturer at the Ted Rogers School of Management and is a member of the the Global Speakers Federation, International Association of Facilitators, the Applied Improvisation Network, and sits on the Board of the BEICC, the Business Events Coalition of Canada.
