Spiritual well being
◦ A big percentage of people in Uganda are not
able to purchase for themselves a bible.
◦ Like other communities in Uganda, ours is also
spiritual. Spiritual literature including bibles are
highly treasured.
◦ In partnership with the Bible Society of Uganda we
distributed 100 Bibles to Kikonko, Kiso- Karera ,
God’s Grace and Itegyero Primary Schools.
◦ We also distributed devotional materials to
members of the community and teachers at the
neighboring Schools.
◦ Children were mostly appreciative of these
materials. Majority were receiving a printed book to
own it personally for the first time in their lives.
Essay competitions Children in Primary Schools in our community
◦ We carried out any essay competition in 4
Primary schools and they were marked by a
professional educationist and the winners
were thanked for their participation.
