Qu’est-ce que la TDC ? Pourquoi cette approche est-elle si souvent utilisée par les thérapeutes pour accompagner les personnes souffrant d’un trouble de personnalité limite (TPL)? Développée vers la fin des années 80 par Marsha Linehan, psychiatre, mais aussi diagnostiquée TPL, la TDC demeure l'une des seules approches à disposer de solides appuis empiriques issus d'une série d'études expérimentales et scientifiques dans le traitement des personnes borderline.
Conférencière : Hélène Busque, psychologue clinicienne. Grâce à ses travaux de maîtrise, elle figure parmi les pionnières de l'adaptation et de l'implantation de la TDC dans les services de première ligne au Québec
Le principal indicateur pour des risques élevés de suicide lors d’une évaluation de risques suicidaires est une tentative de suicide antérieure. Les idées suicidaires sont aussi des facteurs de risque importants tout comme les suicides chez des membres de la famille. Le suivi de la personne suicidaire selon les critères des bonnes pratiques consistent actuellement à traiter cette dernière et à faire assurer sa sécurité par les siens sans se préoccuper du nouveau mode de vie que ce geste suicidaire et cette surveillance même peuvent entrainer. À partir de ses observations sur ce changement de vie vers le pire, l’auteure de cette présentation décrira son approche auprès de la personne suicidaire et des siens qui consiste à amener ces derniers à éliminer pour de bon toute solution suicidaire parmi eux. C’est une approche fondée sur la réciprocité et sur les valeurs de collaboration. Un DVD illustrant cette approche sera aussi disponible.

Mot de bienvenue Prière Ordre du jour Partage d’expériences verbalement depuis la dernière formation.
Lara: Objectif de chaque activité: développer l’empathie et la compassion. Être capable de se mettre dans les souliers de l’autre à la manière de Jésus. Sensibilisation et rappels des valeurs et du code de vie sous forme d’activités dans les classes. Gestes réparateurs: savoir que pour toute décision, il y a une conséquence positive ou négative pas une punition. Fiche de réflexion amène l’enfant à réfléchir sur son acte; à le réparer envers son collègue et à trouver une solution ou une stratégie pour ne pas recommencer. SNAP: un programme de maitrise de soi de la 2 e à la 6 e . Cette année on a les 2 e et les 3 e qui le font et on avance. Nétiquette: des clips vidéos pour éduquer le cycle moyen dur l’utilisation de l’internet (clavardage, texte,…) Conseil de coopération: permet de tracer et identifier tout de suite les actes d’intimidation si l’enfant le divulgue.
Suzanne: Ouvrir une discussion en poser les questions suivantes aux parents / participants: Quelles sont les personnes impliquées dans les actes d’intimidation? Quel est leur rôle?
Suzanne Un grand nombre d’intimidateurs disent avoir déjà été victimes d’intimidation ou de rejet de la part de leurs pairs. La vengeance, la quête du plaisir ou du défoulement se manifestent souvent dans leur comportement. La pression des pairs peut aussi résulter à un acte d’intimidation. De même, les interactions dans le groupe alimentent, la plupart du temps, les actes d’intimidation. Il faut considérer aussi les aspects suivants pour déterminer s’il s’agit ou non d’une situation d’intimidation: l’âge de l’enfant, son niveau de développement cognitif et social, son aptitude à comprendre la situation et finalement sa capacité d’empathie.
Suzanne: Ne pas juger l’enfant mais placer le jugement sur l’acte lui-même.
