Bukhari :: Book 7 :: Volume 71 :: Hadith 590
The climate of Medina did not suit some people, so the Prophet ordered them to
follow his shepherd, i.e. his camels, and drink their milk and urine (as a medicine).
So they followed the shepherd that is the camels and drank their milk and urine till
their bodies became healthy. Then they killed the shepherd and drove away the
camels. When the news reached the Prophet he sent some people in their pursuit.
When they were brought, he cut their hands and feet and their eyes were branded
with heated pieces of iron.
Traduction:
..alors le Prophète leur a ordonné de suivre son berger, c'est à dire ses chameaux, et
de boire leur lait et urine (comme médicament).

We went out and Ghalib bin Abjar was accompanying us. He fell ill on the way and
when we arrived at Medina he was still sick. Ibn Abi 'Atiq came to visit him and

2. said to us, "Treat him with black cumin. Take five or seven seeds and crush them
(mix the powder with oil) and drop the resulting mixture into both nostrils, for
'Aisha has narrated to me that she heard the Prophet saying, 'This black cumin is
healing for all diseases except As-Sam.' Aisha said, 'What is As-Sam?' He said,
'Death."
Traduction:
Aïcha a raconté qu'elle a entendu le Prophète dire: "Ce cumin noir guérit toutes les
maladies, sauf As-Sam." Aïcha a dit: "Qu'est-ce que As-Sam?" Il a dit, "la Mort."

Allah's Apostle said, "If a fly falls in the vessel of any of you, let him dip all of it
(into the vessel) and then throw it away, for in one of its wings there is a disease and
in the other there is healing (antidote for it) i.e. the treatment for that disease."
Traduction:
L'Apôtre d'Allah a dit: "Si une mouche tombe dans le bol de l'un d'entre vous, qu'il
plonge l'insecte en entier (dans le bol) et qu'il l'en retire ensuite, car l'une des deux
ailes contient la maladie et l'autre son remède (son antidote) i.e. le traitement de
cette maladie."

A man came to the prophet and said, 'My brother has got loose motions. The
Prophet said, Let him drink honey." The man again (came) and said, 'I made him
drink (honey) but that made him worse.' The Prophet said, 'Allah has said the
Truth, and the abdomen of your brother has told a lie."
Traduction:
Un homme vint voir le Prophète et lui dit: "Mon frère a le ventre relâché
(diarrhée)". Le Prophète lui dit, "Donne-lui du miel". L'homme s'exécuta et dit: "Je
lui en ai donné, mais cela n’a fait que relâcher davantage son ventre". Le Prophète
lui dit: "Allah a dit vrai et le ventre de ton frère a menti."

Sayyidina Abu Huraira reported that Allah’s Messenger said, “Ajwah is from
Paradise and it is a cure for poison. And, Kam’ah (truffles) is a kind of Mann and
its extract is a cure for the eyes.”
Traduction:

4. Le Messager d'Allh a dit, "Les dattes ajwa viennent du Paradis et sont un remède
contre le poison."

REMARQUE: À Khaybar, Mahomet pris un morceau d'agneau empoisonné. Il en
est mort trois ans plus tard dans de douleurs extrêmes.

I heard the Prophet saying, "If there is any healing in your medicines, then it is in
cupping, a gulp of honey or branding with fire (cauterization) that suits the ailment,
but I don't like to be (cauterized) branded with fire."
Traduction:
J'ai entendu le Prophète dire: "S’il y a quelque chose de véritablement guérissant
parmi toutes vos médications, c’est bien la saignée par ventouse..."

Comme le remède venu du Paradis (les dattes ajwa) s'est avéré inutile, il s'est fait
soigner aux ventouses.*
*Le traitement aux ventouses a pour but d'attirer le mauvais sang par un effet de suction.

Traduction:
Après ceci l'Apôtre d'Allah a vécu trois ans, puis il est décédé à la suite de ses
douleurs. Au cours de sa maladie il disait: Je n'ai cessé d'éprouver les effets de ce
que j'ai mangé à Khaybar et l'heure est venue pour que ma veine jugulaire soit
coupée*.
*Métaphore pour ‘douleurs extrêmes’
