programmes internationaux diplômants (Bachelor in International
Business, Master in International Business, MBA, MSC),
Since the creation of Grenoble Ecole de Management in 1984 by
the Grenoble’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Management
of Technology and Innovation has continued to be one of the School’s
main pillars for development. The strong technology and innovation
orientation of Grenoble, the Silicon Valley of France, has reinforced the
pertinence of this choice. As a result, the School has earned recognition
both nationally and internationally for its expertise in this domain.
One of the top business schools in Europe, GEM delivers 50 national
and international programs from the undergraduate to the doctoral
level. Accredited EQUIS, AACSB and AMBA, and a member of the
Conférence des Grandes Ecoles, Grenoble Ecole de Management
is one of only a few business schools worldwide to hold the triple
accreditation crown, a mark of quality distinction and high performance.
Grenoble Ecole de Management encompasses four schools:
• Ecole Supérieure de Commerce (ESC Grenoble)
The French Grande Ecole school of management,
• Grenoble Graduate School of Business (GGSB),
the international school which delivers all international programs in English,
• The Doctoral School: delivering international DBAs and PhDs,
An Information Systems Management school.
Each year, Grenoble Ecole de Management trains over 6 500
students on 14 campuses worldwide (Grenoble, Paris, Singapore...).
It counts 1 100 staff including 700 faculty members.

* Grenoble Innovation for Advanced New Technologies :
Since it was founded, Grenoble Ecole de Management has been training
managers able to work with engineers and understand the semantics of
technology and science. This commitment has been reinforced recently as
Grenoble Ecole de Management is one of the founding members of GIANT*.
The institution is the sponsor of GIANT’s Center of Excellence dedicated to
Management of Technology and Innovation. Both cross-functional and cross-cultural,
technology and innovation management gives fi rms a competitive
advantage, whether they are high-tech or not. The Management of Technology
and Innovation impacts all management fi elds: marketing, fi nance, purchasing,
logistics, human resources. Therefore, even though Grenoble Ecole de
Management remains a generalist institution which serves all traditional
corporate functions and business sectors, each graduate understands
the stakes of integrating technology and the impact of innovation on the
competitiveness and sustainability of corporations.
Nearly 30 % of Grenoble Ecole de Management alumni’s work is linked to
Technology and Innovation Management in sectors such as energy, health,
high-tech industries, consultancy, consumer goods, internet services or IT.
