Chaque source d’information doit pouvoir être clairement
identifiée et rapidement.
Aujourd’hui, les images et le son voyagent de façon quasi
immédiate sur les infrastructures. Il n’existe presque plus de
limitation en terme de volume distribué
Les appareils permettant d’accéder aux contenus en ligne
sont pléthores : tablettes tactiles, Smartphones,

• Comme dans les moteurs de recherche du web, ce type de recherche
remonte beaucoup de bruit, et sur des mots très courants, le risque
est de faire apparaître un très grand nombre de résultats

document Word, Excel, Pdf, etc..

arborescente
• Un thème générique peut se découper en sous-thèmes, qui à leur tour

le cheminement d’un processus de manière logique

appelle aussi cela « Tagguer » un fichier

métadonnées externes contenues dans des BDD ou des fichiers Xml

pour permettre aux utilisateurs de découvrir l’existence de ressources
et la nature de ce qu’ils recherchent
36. • Dans Mase, nous avons implémenté un moteur capable de créer, gérer
et modifier les métadonnées en fonction des besoins de l’Entreprise.
• Il est possible de créer des métadonnées de manière illimitées en
fonction des besoins. Rien n’est imposé au préalable afin de « cadrer »
au plus juste avec les besoins internes.
• Toutes les métadonnées sont implémentées et paramétrées
uniquement parce que vous l’avez décidé, et parce qu’elles
correspondent à un besoin réel d’information
• De nouvelles métadonnées peuvent être suggérées à l’administrateur
de la plateforme
37. • Dossier : C’est le conteneur physique de base des documents. Il permet
d’assurer le stockage des fichiers, la sécurité et les accès sur ces informations
stockées. Il permet de refléter la façon dont les services s’organisent en
interne pour structurer leur production documentaire, indépendamment des
objectifs et de la stratégie de l’entreprise
• Documents : Appellation générique désignant tout type de fichier qui est
stocké dans un dossier. La nature d’un document peut-être un fichier
bureautique, une image, une vidéo, un son, une télécopie numérisée, etc… Les
documents sont créés par les membres de l’équipe, par des applications ou
téléchargés via Internet
38. • Famille : typologie d’un document physique. Dans chaque entreprise, il existe
de grandes familles de documents liés aux processus métiers. Les documents
techniques, les documents commerciaux, les documents juridiques.
Aujourd’hui, les familles permettent de regrouper en entités logiques, les
multitudes de documents qui sont créés et utilisés chaque jour par les
membres d’une équipe
• Attribut : Informations invariantes caractérisant une famille de document.
Autrefois, sur le papier, on utilisait les cartouches sur la page de garde, pour
décrire le contenu d’un document. Aujourd’hui, les attributs permettent de
transposer les informations d’un cartouche dans un fichier informatique
39. • Thème : Sujet évoquant un domaine de compétence, une activité ou une
spécificité de l’entreprise ou de l’organisation. Les thèmes peuvent être
organisés en structure hiérarchique afin de décrire l’intégralité d’un processus
métier, ou permettre aux utilisateurs de facilement s’orienter dans un univers
qui leur est familier. Chaque thème peut-être documenté (affichage de bulles
d’aide) pour faciliter la compréhension générale
• Thesaurus : Structure de terminologies « métiers » (thèmes) organisées en
arborescence logique, allant du sujet le plus générique au sujet le plus pointu,
permettant ainsi à un utilisateur de parcourir un processus ou une
organisation avec des critères qu’il connait parfaitement. Il peut exister dans
une même base documentaire, plusieurs thesaurus qui coexistent, et un
document peut être associé à plusieurs thesaurus

• Chaque employé est un acteur de l’entreprise, et à ce titre, il connait
