Raspberriescan be used in a variety of food dishes. If you know someone who doesn't like to eat fruit, simply add
raspberries to the dish. They taste great and the person won't even think about the fact that they are eating fruit. Some
of the food dishes that raspberries can be used in include:
They can be made into sauces (for poultry or desserts), jams or jellies.
They can be eaten fresh, either plain or on top of food choices such as yogurt, ice cream, cereal or salads.
They can be baked in pies, cakes, breads or muffins.
They can be in drinks, such as smoothies or punches.
Feuilletétiède aux framboises
600 g de pâtefeuilletée
360 g de crème pâtissière
250 g de framboises
3 dl de coulis de framboises
30 g de yaourtmaigre
100 g de sucrevanillé
6 feuilles de menthe
Etalez la pâtefeuilletée, jusqu'àobteniruneépaisseur de 3
mm. Piquez-la, pour éviterqu'elle ne gonflelors de la cuisson,
mettez au four à 200 degrés, pendant 5 à 6 minutes. Avant
qu'elle ne soitcuite, saupoudrez-la avec unepartie du
sucrevanillé. Réservez-en 20 à 30 g, environ. Continuez la
cuissonjusqu'au moment où le sucre commence à
caraméliser. Laissez refroidir la pâte, avant de couper, à
l'aided'une roulette, 18 disques de 10 cm de diamètre.
Etendez les disquessur un plan, sur 12 des disques, mettez
les framboises en couronne, sur le bordextérieur, et, au
milieu, la crème pâtissière, à l'aide d'un entonnoir à
pâtisserie. Superposezdeuxdisques, avec les framboises et la
crème, et ajoutez en haut un disque vide, pour obtenir six
feuilletés. Disposez-les sur un plateau,
puismettezl'ensembledans le four pendant 3 minutes.
Retirez du four et saupoudrez avec le sucrevanillérestant.
Prenez six assiettestièdes, à droiteversezunecuillerée de
sauce aux framboisesfroide, quevousétendrez à
l'aided'unecuillère, pour obtenir un disque de la même
dimension que le feuilleté. Prenez du yaourt, mettez-le dans
un cornet en papier, en prenant la précautiond'encouper la
pointe, puisversez le yaourtsur la sauce aux framboises, en
formant unespirale. Ensuite, à l'aide d'un petit couteauou
d'un cure-dents, tracezhuitlignes de l'extérieurvers le centre
et du centreversl'extérieur, de façon à obtenirhuit triangles
aigus. En somme la décorationdoitrassembler à une toile
d'araignée. Posez le feuilletésur le côtédroit de l'assiette.

Lukewarm savoury pasty in raspberries
• 600 g of puff pastry
• 360 g of confectioner's custard
• 250 g of raspberries

• 100 g of vanilla sugar

baking, put in the oven to 200 degrees, during 5 - 6
minutes. Before it is cooked, dredge it with a party
of the vanilla sugar. Reserve 20 - 30 g, there about.

cutting 18 discs, with the aid of a castor, 10 cm in
diameter.Spread discs on a plan, on 12 of the discs,
