It is all constructed around a trinity figure, two males and one female. The science is crazy but funny. The Moon is an artificial planet built by the ancestors of the human species. It is entirely technical and “man”-made inside. But imagine a database in this machine decides to become a parasitic challenger trying to take over the moon for it to be the basis of the total elimination in our universe of human DNA that is too dangerous when associated to Machine Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, if you prefer. And onto this trinity figure, they add the necessity to have the younger male sacrifice his life to save the cosmos. A new Jesus appears like that, pure and simple. Science Fiction could do better.

2. ROLAND EMMERICH – MOONFALL – 2022
This film is not going to revolutionize human science and human philosophy, and certainly not
any human religion. We are dealing here with the apocalyptic and catastrophic, oxymoronic and
even paranormalistic, impossible and improbable saga of the end of the world, meaning, of course,
the earth, and how a group of three humans, a trinity of two men and one woman save the world
by killing the bad digital monster.
We are post-COVID-19; hence the story is gross, and definitely disheartening in all possible
disturbing ways, be it only on the military side of things, and yet one single officer will block the
nuclear wiping out of the whole universe, or at least our galaxy. If you can trust military forces to
defend the survival of humanity any time soon, you will have to be very short-sighted, very gullible,
and even very uncritical if not anticritical. But the trinity or triad of heroes, saviors, and visionary
selfless altruistic scientific geniuses play their role perfectly well. Of course, one has to be
sacrificed. Of course, he has to be a male. Of course, he has to be still single and taking care of his
Alzheimer's mother, hence a new Jesus Christ, in fact, KC Houseman, who missed the JC by only
one letter since K is coming just after J. Not bad for a whiz kid.
Special effects are good, though very repetitive. The plot is totally absurd and so twisted that
the storyline is as straight as a pig’s tail when the pig is rejoicing in the perspective of getting a
special treat. But that is not really important because within ten minutes you will have lost all sense
of logic and dramatic progress. Don’t ask for any cathartic dimension. We are not in antique Greek
theater, but in modern American society in the age of smartphones, social networks, and texts or
Short Message Service in everyone’s pockets. So, it is a series and sequence of plots though we
do not know who is plotting. We know the ancestors of the triad of heroes built the moon and even
the whole universe, probably to be a self-protected, totally peaceful, and non-violent universe for
humanity. The result is not brilliant since the human species has just improved mainly in the
methods to destroy other humans, and what’s more, it produced Artificial Intelligence that is
supposed to be “programmed” to destroy everything and every place or machine in which the
presence of some human DNA is captured by this AI because human DNA is the fatal element in
this universe and it has to be eliminated.

3. And yet, understand if you can, at the very end, after the destruction of this world and the
annihilation of 90% of humanity, the human species – that is luckily not called a race – is given a
second chance. By whom, from whom, why on earth or in hell since the DNA of this human
species has not been improved at all? But well, there must always be some hope in all squalid
situations and after all, yes, we can. Can do what? I don’t know, but everything is in this “can,” and
I am told a very dark if not black beer is fuzzing in this can.

Ce film ne va pas révolutionner la science humaine ni la philosophie humaine, et certainement
pas n'importe quelle religion humaine. Il s'agit ici de la saga apocalyptique et catastrophique,
oxymore et même paranormale, impossible et improbable de la fin du monde, c'est-à-dire bien sûr
la terre, et comment un groupe de trois humains, une trinité de deux hommes et une femme
sauvent la monde en tuant le méchant monstre numérique.
Nous sommes post-COVID-19, donc l'histoire est grossière, définitivement décourageante de
toutes les manières dérangeantes possibles, que ce soit uniquement du côté militaire des choses,
et pourtant un seul officier bloquera l'effacement nucléaire de tout l'univers, ou d’au moins notre
galaxie. Si vous pouvez faire confiance aux forces militaires pour défendre la survie de l'humanité
à court terme, vous devrez être très myope, très crédule et même très peu critique, voire anti-
critique. Mais la trinité ou la triade des héros, des sauveurs et des génies scientifiques altruistes,
désintéressés et visionnaires jouent parfaitement leur rôle. Bien sûr, il faut que l’un de ces trois se
sacrifie. Bien sûr, il doit être un homme. Bien sûr, il faut qu'il soit toujours célibataire et qu'il
s'occupe de sa mère Alzheimer, d'où il en devient un nouveau Jésus Christ, en fait KC Houseman
qui n'a raté le JC que d'une lettre de trop puisque K arrive juste après J. Pas mal pour un petit
prodige.
Les effets spéciaux sont bons quoique très répétitifs. L'intrigue est totalement absurde et
tellement tordue que le scénario est droit comme la queue d'un cochon lorsque ce cochon se
réjouit dans la perspective d'obtenir une friandise spéciale. Mais ce n'est pas vraiment important
car en moins de dix minutes vous aurez perdu tout sens de la logique et du progrès dramatique.
Ne demandez aucune dimension cathartique. Nous ne sommes pas dans le théâtre grec antique,
mais dans la société américaine moderne à l'ère des smartphones, des réseaux sociaux et des

4. SMS ou Short Message Service dans toutes les poches. Il s'agit donc d'une série et d'une
séquence d'intrigues bien que nous ne sachions pas qui complote. Nous savons que les ancêtres
de la triade de héros ont construit la lune et même l'univers entier, probablement pour être un
univers auto-protégé, totalement pacifique et non violent pour l'humanité. Le résultat n'est pas
brillant puisque l'espèce humaine ne s'est améliorée principalement que dans les méthodes pour
détruire d’autres humains, et en plus elle a produit une Intelligence Artificielle qui est censée être
"programmée" pour détruire tout et chaque endroit ou machine dans laquelle la présence de traces
d'ADN humain est capturés par cette IA, car l'ADN humain est l'élément mortifère de cet univers et
il doit être éliminé.
Et pourtant, comprenez si vous le pouvez, à la toute fin, après la destruction de ce monde et
l'anéantissement de 90% de l'humanité, l'espèce humaine – qui n’est heureusement pas qualifiée
de race – se voit accordée une seconde chance. Par qui, de la part de qui, mais pourquoi donc sur
terre ou en enfer puisque l'ADN de cette espèce humaine n'a pas du tout été amélioré ? Mais bon,
il doit toujours y avoir un peu d'espoir dans toute situation sordide et après tout, oui, on peut. Peut
faire quoi ? Je ne sais pas, mais tout est dans cette "boîte", et on me dit qu'une bière très foncée
sinon noire brouille dans cette canette.
