Multiverses are crisscrossing one another in this series, at times within each episode, at times even in the middle of a scene, just for twenty frames. But the passage from A to B, from the human world to the crazy imagined world, is easy. Just drown yourself and off you go and can come back if you are revived within five minutes earthen time. Otherwise, bye bye food, drink , clothing or even family jewels. You will stay on the other side. This series does not even pretend to explain how 150 million people disappeared in two seconds, including unborn fetuses. I guess explanations are for naïve and senseless, insensitive, non-sensible people who consider if you do not provide them with a sequence A because B since C and therefore D, you are speaking gibberish to the birds of that Italian saint who spoke to birds and fed himself once in a while on one of them he captured and cooked on a campfire. Enjoy the complete mess & the end will be a good old Hollywoodian happy ending, though not with that many children ever after.

2. THE LEFTOVERS – COMPLETE SERIES (1-3) –
2017
I am extremely critical of the whole saga. It starts with 140 million people disappearing from the earth in
one single second and going nowhere we know or nowhere identified. We will understand that there are
several universes in our cosmos and that the people have been shifted to another layer of reality. Constantly
some characters will be able to cross the limit, particularly the main character Kevin Garvey who could shift
from here to there and vice versa, which is particularly vicious, from this here our world to that over there
their world where all the disappeared are living in a very precarious situation, at least from what we are
shown.
Then a cult is erected everywhere, in our universe, of people who refuse the situation and decide to
step out of this here society though staying in it but marginally and disruptively They dress in white. They live
a life of total recluses who do not speak at all. They scribble a couple of words from time to time. They sort of
preach a final apocalypse is coming and some of them provoke the people outside the cult so that they
become violent and burn as many buildings as possible where this cult has taken refuge. We are on the
verge of genocide, and yet that does not cause the apocalypse these crazy cult people are envisaging. As if
it were easy to bring the apocalypse.
Speaking of the Apocalypse, the Benedictines who ordered the Choir Tapestries of the Abbay church of
La Chaise-Dieu at the end of the 15th century, had one triptych showing the Las Supper. Jesus is in the
middle and on his left we cannot help but see Mary Magdalene, fantasized by the fact that she will be the
first to whom the resurrected Jesus will appear, and to his right is the young adolescent John. The trinity of
love imagined (perhaps) or fantasized (for sure) by the abbot who ordered and we know, devised with others
the whole set, hence this particular scene, implying, suggesting, maybe saying this love trinity is that of
triumph since we are before the arrest on what is considered the betrayal of Judas, that some consider the
mission of Judas to enable Jesus’ mission which was not obvious at this Last Supper, due to the extreme
popularity of Jesus, And that love is quite clear if we keep the idea: John is Jesus’s son from Mary
Magdalena, and that explains a lot about what was really at stake.

3. “As Jesus hung on the cross, the Bible records that He spoke seven final statements. The
third saying, recorded in John [My emphasis] 19:26–27, expresses the Lord’s care and concern
for His mother: “When Jesus saw his mother there, and the disciple whom he loved standing
nearby, he said to her, ‘Woman, here is your son,’ and to the disciple, ‘Here is your mother.’

John had the exact proper age to be Jesus’s son. And that would correspond to the twenty years that
are unspecified in Jesus’s life. He was living a happy married life. But then the question is no longer what he
did during these twenty years, but what determined his coming out of it to start preaching. But what he said
to his mother is clear: he entrusted his son to his mother, and due to the son’s age and the mother’s fate
(Note Joseph has disappeared from the picture, is he dead?) Is it Joseph’s death that brought the change of
vision and perspective to Jesus, but also to his brother James and his son John, plus a few cousins and
nephews?
To go back to The Leftovers, the whole series is constantly shifting from one episode to the next or at
times within the various episodes, jumping from one reality to another and Kevin Garvey just has to drown to
shift for a whole at times long period that only lasts five minutes in the normal universe since Kevin Garvey is
always revived from his drowning every single time it happens. All that sounds childish, and it ends with a
final episode that is nothing but a Hollywood happy ending or an oversweet diabetic love story. That is not
childish indeed, this is purely going back to fetal literature, Back to the Basics as some British Prime Minister
used to say. The basics are really deep in the basement-like foundations of the basement-like psyche of a
child who is hearing for the first time at the age of 24 weeks in his mother’s womb.

Je suis extrêmement critique à l'égard de toute la saga. Cela commence avec 140 millions de
personnes qui disparaissent de la Terre en une seule seconde et ne vont nulle part que nous connaissions
ou qui soit identifié. Nous comprendrons qu'il existe plusieurs univers dans notre cosmos et que les gens ont
été déplacés vers une autre couche de réalité. Constamment certains personnages pourront franchir la
limite, notamment le personnage principal Kevin Garvey qui pourra se déplacer d'ici à là et vice versa, ce qui
est particulièrement vicieux, d'ici notre monde à celui là-bas leur monde où vivent tous les disparus. dans
une situation très précaire, du moins d’après ce qu’on nous montre.

4. Alors un culte s'érige partout, dans notre univers, de gens qui refusent la situation et décident de sortir
de cette société d'ici tout en y restant mais de manière marginale et perturbatrice. Ils s'habillent en blanc. Ils
vivent une vie de reclus totale, qui ne parlent pas du tout. Ils gribouillent quelques mots de temps en temps.
Ils prêchent en quelque sorte qu'une apocalypse finale approche et certains d'entre eux provoquent les gens
extérieurs à la secte pour qu'ils deviennent violents et brûlent le plus de bâtiments possible où cette secte
s'est réfugiée. Nous sommes au bord du génocide, et pourtant cela ne provoque pas l’apocalypse que ces
fous sectaires envisagent. Comme s’il était facile de provoquer l’apocalypse.
Puisque nous parlons d'Apocalypse, les Bénédictins qui commandèrent les Tapisseries du Chœur de
l'Abbaye de La Chaise-Dieu à la fin du XVe siècle possédaient un triptyque représentant la Cène. Jésus est
au milieu et à sa gauche on ne peut s’empécher de voir Marie-Madeleine, fantasmée par le fait qu’elle sera
la première à laquelle Jésus ressuscité apparaîtra, et à sa droite se trouve le jeune adolescent Jean. La
trinité de l'amour imaginée (peut-être) ou fantasmée (pour sûr) par l'abbé qui a commandé et on le sait, a
imaginé avec d'autres l'ensemble, d'où cette scène particulière, sous-entendant, suggérant, disant peut-être
que cette trinité amoureuse est celle du triomphe puisque nous sommes avant l'arrestation sur la base de ce
qui est considéré comme une trahison de Judas, que certains considèrent la mission de Judas comme
permettant la mission de Jésus qui n'était pas évidente lors de cette Dernière Cène, en raison de l'extrême
popularité de Jésus, Et que l'amour est bien clair si on garde l'idée : Jean est le fils de Jésus et de Marie-
Madeleine, et cela explique beaucoup de choses sur les véritables enjeux.

Jean avait exactement l’âge requis pour être le fils de Jésus. Et cela correspondrait aux vingt années
non précisées de la vie de Jésus. Il vivait une vie conjugale heureuse. Mais alors la question n’est plus de
savoir ce qu’il a fait pendant ces vingt années, mais ce qui l’a déterminé à en sortir pour se lancer dans la
prédication. Mais ce qu'il dit à sa mère est clair : il a confié son fils à sa mère, et compte tenu de l'âge du fils
et du sort de la mère (Note Joseph a disparu du tableau, est-il mort ?) Est-ce la mort de Joseph qui a amené

5. le changement de vision et de perspective de Jésus, mais aussi de son frère Jacques et de son fils Jean,
ainsi que de plusieurs cousins et neveux ?
Pour en revenir à The Leftovers (Les Restes), toute la série passe constamment d'un épisode à l'autre
ou parfois au sein des différents épisodes, sautant d'une réalité à l'autre et Kevin Garvey n'a qu'à se noyer
pour basculer pendant une période parfois longue qui ne dure que cinq minutes dans l'univers normal
puisque Kevin Garvey est toujours ressuscité de sa noyade à chaque fois que cela se produit. Tout cela
semble enfantin, et cela se termine par un épisode final qui n’est rien d’autre qu’une fin heureuse
hollywoodienne ou une histoire d’amour diabètiquement liquoreuse et trop sucrée. Ce n’est en effet pas
enfantin, il s’agit simplement d’un retour à la littérature fœtale, Back to the Basics, comme disait un Premier
ministre britannique. Les bases sont vraiment profondément ancrées dans les fondements du psychisme
d’un enfant qui entend pour la première fois à l’âge de 24 semaines dans le ventre de sa mère.
