6. The Move is On! From the Passive Multimedia Learner to
the Engaged Co-creator
Modèle passif-participatif (Romero & Laferrière, 2016; Romero, Laferrière & Power, 2016).
7. Creativité
○ may result in an act transcending the creativity creator and
producing changes in an existing domain or a new one
(Sak & Oz, 2010)
○ may “generate or recognize ideas, alternatives,
or possibilities that may be useful in solving problems,
communicating with others, and entertaining
ourselves and others” (Franken & Bauers, 2002).
○ Creativity is a process that aims at designing a new,
innovating and pertinent way of responding to a
potential problematic situation. It also takes into
account and it adapted to the context
(Romero, 2016).
8. Co-creativity
Creative collaboration, or co-creativity, is a
context-related process, where a
solution is collaboratively
(co)constructed by a group of persons
and considered as original, valuable
or useful by a group of reference
(Romero & Barberà, 2015).
9. Évaluation de la (co)créativité (PFÉQ, P21)
Programme de formation de l’école québécoise
(PFÉQ)
● Appropriation des éléments de la situation
● Diversité des possibilités de réalisation
inventoriées
● Originalité des liens entre les éléments
● Dynamisme du processus
● Détermination d’améliorations possibles dans le
processus d’innovation
efficace
solutions nouvelles.
Composante 2 (C2): Utiliser des sources
d’inspiration pour orienter la recherche créative.
Composante 3 (C3): Sélectionner une solution en
tenant compte du contexte de la
situation-problème.

11. Co-creativity assessment
Methodology
Assessment Scale for Creative Collaboration (ASCC).
○ Course "Introduction to Creativity in Advertising“ (UOC, n=64).
○ The task proposed to the students during the course was carried out in
dyads. The students were required to develop a creative advertising project
during 4 weeks.
○ The students were invited to answer the Assessment Scale for
○ Creative Collaboration (ASCC) (Romero & Barberà, 2014;
Wishart & Eagle, 2014) at the end of the creative activity.
Limits:
○ 31 items scale; high Cronbach's alpha (α = .833)

Orientation towards a successful product
Everyone in my group wanted to make a successful product.
My classmates/colleagues in my group trust each other
We were all able to express our ideas, even controversial ones freely.
I had a good idea of what the others in my group knew that is relevant to this activity.
We understood each other’s viewpoints at the start of the project.
We played with ideas while we were working on the project
We could see or find out what other people knew or were thinking about
We had a feeling of belonging together.
My group generated different and novel ideas in response to the task.
13. Techno-CoCreative activities
Participatory co-design process of 15 Techno-CoCreative activites for K16. Teachers, researchers,
makerspace leaders and volonteers, instructional designers and technology professionals have been
working together in a co-design process based on rapid prototyping.
14. Discussion
Creative Collaboration (cocreativity) is a key skill for the 21st century.
The evaluation of cocreativity could be done
○ by using a scale (which takes longtime and is limited to self-assessment biais)
○ or by observing different components during the activity.
